He had slowed down a bit the past week and a half or so but apparently so did all the other top scorers. Would love to see a Carolina Art Ross win, but I’m skeptical at best as much of a fan of Necas as I am.
I’ve just been dying to see a Cane break 100 for almost a year now. Honestly have just been holding out hope one of our main four forwards would just crack 90, figured Aho would hit that figure at some point.

Aho came awfully close to 90 last year and probably would’ve hit it if he didn’t miss any time

Maybe I'm wrong but, Aho was kinda on pace for 100 in 2019-20?
By the end of middle school I was on pace to growing well beyond 6 feet, alas I never grew another inch and landed firmly in Short King territory. Sometimes things just don’t end up working out how you would like them to.

As for your Aho question, I couldn’t tell you.

If it makes you feel better, I was projected to be 6 foot 3 and ended up right at 6. Also gained weight, not really a good showing for a kid who had delusional dreams of being an NBA player.

Goaltending? We don’t need no stinking goaltending. We’ll just out score our problems.

*Imagine at any time during the dark ages, that we could tell our future selves that we could just out score our problems. You’d get laughed all the way out of the ESA.
These are the facts. The canes have scored 4+ goals in 15 of the last 17 game.

Guentzels? We don’t need no stinking Guentzels!

Things I enjoyed:

- Slavin choosing violence

- Jarvis coming back as a difference maker

- The building feeling like a playoff barn before Thanskgiving

- Burns shooting his way out of his slump

- As a team, they had the instinct not to fold when a lot of teams would have

- A good game being broadcast OTA locally

Things I didn’t enjoy:

- Clenching my butt every time the Stars put the puck in the general direction of the net

- Necas attempting to get physical and just kind of bouncing off of people

- Tough game for Chatfield

- ASMR videos being played over a sound system
