So I'm a big Dillon supporter. He's clearly a great locker room guy and I think he gets a bit of a bad rap in a lot of ways. But hear me out. Do you consider Dumoulin over Dillon next year with Siegs and Luke occupying the other spots?

I'm sure the answer is no. But I like Dumoulin a lot, and am kind of bummed that he will likely be elsewhere next year.

ehh, 2 things can be true. I wouldn't say he shied away from physical play too much. But he's certainly a different player now than he was the start of his career.

I read somewhere how he wanted to be more like Marchand (without the ear biting). And I can absolutely see that this season.

Loved that big hit he threw out there. Reminds me of the one against... i think it was Edmonton.

He's not a big hitter - but he's very smart when he does so.

he bulked up. it was quite noticeable his change

Ear biting?

Hynes deserves his shit but 2 of his better calls were Bratt on the main roster in 17-18 and knowing Ty Smith wasn't good early on
Keith Kinkaid in for Cory Schneider the last 10 games and mostly the last 15 was the difference in making the playoffs that year. We barely made it. I give him a lot of credit for that.

Not much else though, besides that and what you were saying.

I'm considering a few members of HFDevils over Dillon right now

Dumoulin hasn't killed penalties in a long time... Dillon is our #1....it looks like we are choosing Luke over him on the PK now.

I don't think it works we need the PKer

Thought sprong had a much better game than that chart indicated. Interesting.

Keep Dillon, we need some grit in the line up
