Don't look now but we're 7-4-1 in the last 12
They're probably waiting for the playoffs to pull that sh*t, I bet.I'm surprised these asshole refs didn't give him an unsportsmanlike penalty!
Beautiful. Jack Hughes’ mission should be to be able to do this.
Yeah especially in OT a play like that is huge. Thats how games are won. Loved his shootout too. Both he and Cotter got rewarded in the end.
I will eat crow on Markstrom to the point it feels like the Super Size Me documentary.
So I'm a big Dillon supporter. He's clearly a great locker room guy and I think he gets a bit of a bad rap in a lot of ways. But hear me out. Do you consider Dumoulin over Dillon next year with Siegs and Luke occupying the other spots?
I'm sure the answer is no. But I like Dumoulin a lot, and am kind of bummed that he will likely be elsewhere next year.
Dumoulin hasn't killed penalties in a long time... Dillon is our #1....it looks like we are choosing Luke over him on the PK now.
I don't think it works we need the PKer
Dumoulin played on the PK for almost a minute tonight, Luke had to help kill his penalty.
He played on the PK in Anaheim, for what it’s worth (which is not much lol).

We aren’t trading Dillon though, he still has a full NTC next season.
It's the sound of 10 fingernails on a chalkboardi don't recognize these songs
I actually think this team is jelling, is finding some synergy and a new identity here at the end - a physical style of play and more of a forecheck and crash the net style than they have had this year. A kind of we are all equal team style of play - I like dropping Palat and Tatar to the 4th line. Finally some depth. With this goaltending I will not be surprised if they make a run in the playoffs. It’s in effect a different team without Jack Hughes. Luke is suddenly dialing it up too.Have to give the team some credit. Would have been easy to fold with all the people missing. They're fighting like hell.
I don't think the team as situated is very good, and they certainly have had some meltdowns, but they are fighting. They're going to make sure the team gets to the playoffs even if it's not always pretty
Nico has 25:18 and Bratt 24:08, followed by Timo with 18:41.Luke with over 29 minutes tonight??
Love these videos!
Don't know if it got shared earlier, but props to Bratt for this. Hynes certainly deserves credit for giving Bratt his opportunity when he did.
