What a tragic comedy the Twin Cities have become. It's an unrecognizable corpse from what it once was.

A community that was represented on every USA Olympic hockey team from 1960 to 1980, and even represented (Blahoski) on the first ever women's Olympic gold medal hockey team. A community that was proud of it's heritage and culture - a heritage and culture that brought kids, families and the whole community together.

But theyve got good food now! 🙄

I mean, it's a little sad like any death. I certainly wish the team of the city I grew up in still had a good team, but it's not like other programs haven't come up to replace them. Death and Renewal.

I grew up in South Minneapolis. I have a lot of friends from there... none of us live there anymore and none of us want to. It's just quieter in the suburbs. It's not really shocking that people choose to live away from the central cities.
