Tanaka hasnt given them 1 clean inning. Not one. You just cannot win in the postseason with pitching like that.


I dont think there are better options in free agency to replace Paxton and Tanaka.

Paxton will just get hurt again. He's had three different injuries in two years. Tanaka is past his prime.
 
Gardner swinging at pitch that was in the dirt by his foot is really just an indication of how the rest of this game will go. Like out of the release, that pitch never even looked like it would be in the strike zone
 
Tanaka was flat awful tonight. Awful. In a Game 3 that can swing the series. Flat out awful.

Thats the type of performance that becomes your last when youre due a new contract.
 
Next year in a non-asterisk year let's hope Cashman has addressed the pitching staff behind Cole. This year they don't have a full championship staff.
 
Guy's got like ten hits in the series.

Cashman shouldnt be here for next year. He should be part of the overhaul that is needed. I dont want to hear excuses about this year. For the past 3 years Cashman has failed to address the pitching properly.

Cashman would still make a great scout because he pulls quality talent out of his ass but he just has too many holes to finish the job.

There are repeated problems he's evidently unable to identify and fix. And he has too much f***ing power on this team. He keeps hiring managers that don't manage because it's his way or no way.

He wouldnt make a great scout. He isnt finding Urshela, his scouts are. He is terrible.

I do agree wholeheartedly with the second part. He hired a f***ing puppet who had no experience and it shows.
