All of those teams have better starting pitching than the Yankees and that is the difference in October.
I don’t trust anyone on the Red Sox’s pitching staff come October.
Well the high strikeout rate from this lineup is definitely issue. Recent teams that have won the WS were capable of finding different ways to score runs. This team is indeed too reliant on the homerun ball. Too much boom or bust. You face a good starter and the lineup can go into a lull.in4 machine's the lineup is a bigger issue than the staff because can't 'manufacture runs'.

However, the starting rotation is a massive problem
And Sox fans would say the exact smae thing about our staff...remember Severino in the wild card game vs minneosta. I sure know I 'd take Chris Sale over Sevy or anyone we have.
But let’s not forget his 3 playoff starts after Minnesota
I'm pretty sure we lead the world in Sac flys this year which is like the epitome of small ball scoring..
Rookie slumps during season...more news at 11.Torres has just been flat out awful lately. I dont care about his Homeruns. He has lost his focus. Doesnt look like he showed up to play
Please spare me. A slump? No it has nothing to do with a slump. It is his lazy play, his mental mistakes, and him looking too comfortable. Playing like his job is 100% secure. A benching needs to bring him down to earthRookie slumps during season...more news at 11.
Bench him for who?more Tyler Wade?We cant afford to bench him.We literally have no bench.Gleyber needs a nice benching. I am tired of his lazy bull**** play. Bench him.
Its a slump.i know it doesnt fit your agenda...hes still a rookie, these things will happen. Please spare me. A slump? No it has nothing to do with a slump.
