The Yankees and the Rangers both fell into the same thing.

They're really not good enough and they keep papering over shit instead of making real changes to the direction of the team.

And kind of for the same reason too. The East and the AL are both horrible right now. So both teams are convincing themselves that the path is there to weasel their way to the final stage.

And what the f*** is the plan when you get there??? Hope the Dodgers or the Oilers just play really bad???

i think people who follow baseball are realistic about the yankees vs the mets.
