yes, if hal just cuts payroll then we’re f***ed. but if they re-sign soto, get another SP, add more quality arms to the bullpen, replace rizzo, and small tweaks to the outfield, I know that seems like a lot, but a lot of it isn’t exactly difficult to do. the biggest issue is the poor fundamentals that plagued the team all season. shore that up and they may have had home field advantage. they really aren’t far off, but changes need to be made

No excuse not to get the force out at 3rd. But Judge's error is still most egregious in my view. LA was lifeless until then. There was no reason for Judge to hurry the play. Trying to double up the runner at first? Wtf cares about the runner when up 5-0? Make the out. Instead, it opened the floodgates.
