He keeps playing like he has been recently all year, it's going to be quite hilarious watching this place burn down when he gets his contract. Such a disconnect from reality.

The question is the playoffs. The regular season has never been a problem, we have seen this before. I hope he plays like this in the playoffs too, I really do.

His deference has hurt him and this team then. Is a reasonable conclusion no?

If we could have got 40 goal 100 point Marner away from Matthews then this team was totally out of wack for the last 7 years.
