Player that size and speed that can ship in 12-15 goals.. would be nice to have.

Guys, I'm starting to doubt Hak's player evaluation skills.

No doubt he’s not good but I think the stigma of getting his ice time really reduced in the second half of last year then a buyout more so did him in that his actual play.

For better or worse NHL people are pretty easy to deceive.

AMac is at the end, and the most you can hope for is a hiccup.
Sbisa has been a tease his whole career, and there's always a GM who hopes he gets healthy and becomes an actual NHL caliber defenseman.

Couture, Hertl, Meier, Labanc, and Karlsson are a good foundation at least. They need better goaltending and to to draft well.

Unfortunately for them they have 4 more years of Martin Jones and his $5.75M cap hit after this season

Wilson has really given out some pretty terrible contracts in recent years

Sharks actually know how to draft and win a hockey trade. Or are we forgetting that they got Karlsson while in impending cap hell and seemed to not only send out guys like Braun and Boedker, but have enough foresight to let Marleau and Pavelski go. That's still a very good job at evaluating their roster.
Also did Vlasic just had a quick decline or was he hit by some crazy injury? He's gotta be way of usual aging curve, doesn't he?

Im guessing the Sharks would rather still have Pavelski, fresh off of a 38 goal sesason, then Marleau and Thornton combined. They couldnt keep him due to cap issues.

I mean, we actually have posters on here who bash our stars but defend Hagg and Stewart....
