It definitely helps the league gave them a chance to be successful relatively early unlike the previous expansion teams. Vegas certainly weaponized their assets/cap space to land higher end talent in the early going. Seattle not as much so far but both were able to build deeper teams depth wise given what was available to them.

Only $3.6 million for the next 2 seasons. But Suter has a no movement clause, which fits perfectly with his defensive effort.
