Canucks are officially the only team yet to win a game this season!Wasn't a multiple goal lead, but the Canucks blew another 3rd period lead to lose.

I mean they blow 2-0 leads. The Flyers come back from 0-2 deficits. And yet they have far outplayed the Flyers, who are somehow 3-1.
Their CF% and xGF% are significantly better than ours.
Quite the night for the "Should have drafted both Roberstons" cabal.
What happened?
Scored earlier in the game and then did this in OT:
We should have drafted them both.
So many misses since 2017. Its sad.
the odds of not even getting a hit by accident should have at least happened by now. .And hilarious.
Cue in Bobby Clarke....So many misses since 2017. Its sad.
You know it doesn't work like that, right?Funny how the CF% & xGF% lovers, in full force citing these stats to bash the Flyers’ start, ignore it when it doesn’t fit their narrative:
2021-22:
Gostisbehere: 43.60 CF%. 43.21 xGF%. -0.64% CF% rel. 0.67% xGF% rel.
Ristolainen: 46.08 CF%. 48.65 xGF%. 0.15% CF% rel. 1.88% xGF% rel.
Ristolainen literally better in each category.
But Ghost is great & Risto belongs in the minors.
Accordingly, cannot take anyone citing these stats as proof of anything seriously.
Imagine walking out of 2019 with Boldy and Robertson... Also in this scenario, you don't get Braun. Chuck still could have gone after him a year later. We should have drafted them both.
You know it doesn't work like that, right?
Silly me! I must have imagined all the times CF% & xGF% were used to denigrate or puff individual players!
I’ve never read these stats in conjunction with the critique so-and-so got “caved in possession” at all!
Imagine walking out of 2019 with Boldy and Robertson... Also in this scenario, you don't get Braun. Chuck still could have gone after him a year later.
You could have also moved out of 11 and drafted Caulfield at 14 (or even York), moved up for Brink like he did and still got Robertson.
None of this is hindsight.
