The NHLPA released their annual poll results today.
One question/answer stood out:
Who would be a good broadcaster once they retire?
Kevin Hayes, Pittsburgh Penguins (4.9%)
Erik Johnson actually had the 6th most votes, too.
@Captain Dave Poulin
Another interesting result was that Vegas was the 5th highest choice for best ice. Montreal overwhelmingly was voted first on this one.
My friend's brother runs the San Jose arena. I wonder how much input he's had on their ice making apparatus.My interest in hockey and an HVAC replacement-driven interest in refrigeration combined last year to have my phone suggest this article to me:
Evidently, it's all paying off. They also recycle all the water that gets scraped by the Zamboni, running it through treatment system again. So by now the result must be pretty pure. SJ also just upgraded their facility.

My friend texted her brother.There is only one way to settle this
My friend texted her brother.
Apparently they use an in house team to oversee the process.
Note: I didn't expect her to text him, nor did I expect him to reply right away.![]()
Seattle has gotten progressively worse since they came into the league. They are no LVK
Come back when he doesn't something at ES. PP points don't countFrost PPG. The Flames and Wild are both tied 1-1 in their games.

He’s a winger who benefits from his linemates and is a band aid , stay away !!I am a bit surprised Vilardi in included in offer sheet targets. Wouldn't the Jets be happy to match a longterm contract given they are one of the least desired destinations?
Not an auspicious start for Brindy the Younger. He had a hell of a screen on Kochetkov on the Habs goal and then took a penalty on his next shift.Brind'Amour's kid got his debut for the Canes vs the Habs tonight.
Demidov is silky. Damn.
Was he called up for any reason other than nepotism? I've never seen him play, but his stats don't suggest that he'd be on the short list for a call up...Not an auspicious start for Brindy the Younger. I haven't watched any Wolves games either, but I really can't think of a better reason. They also called up Cory Stillman's kid.Was he called up for any reason other than nepotism? I've never seen him play, but his stats don't suggest that he'd be on the short list for a call up...
