As an outsider who follows Flyers closely (Been posting around here for like 15 years)

What Briere is doing doesn't at all feel like blow up rebuild. Feels like an attempt to retool on fly which IMO is wrong strategy for Flyers

Needed more tear down/blowing it up

Also, Torts has way too much say in running team considering he shouldn't be around in coming years

They aren't really even retooling
