Mostly out of old habit yeah. I do them on an empty stomach a lot to help with fasting and sometimes swallowing them makes the digestive system feel funny, but I swallow from time to time (hehe).

They didn't do anything for me either. They have pouches similar to Rogue. I don't get anything from them either.
