NJ has some lopsided scoring so far, before tonight's game, 9 of their 20 goals were scored by their PP1 group. That's probably not sustainable.

Amazing what happens when you run a component power play and having someone who knows what they're doing run it

No room for Robert "Better than Ghost" Hagg on the Ducks defense so far this season. If Hak had any say in the roster in Seattle, they would have traded for him or claimed him on waivers by now.

let's put it another way,, who will not win the SC.........and this is my only concern [ well for hockey anyway]; the Flyers are not going to win it.

The article is satire & made up.

It's the Onion problem, satire is hard when reality is weirder than fiction.

Edmonton has far too much talent, not just a few elite offensive players, but a lot of talented veterans filling out the roster, to look this bad.

21. Stutzle had a good tale about Claude Giroux, a very demanding teammate. “He always says he gets bad anxiety when I turn back with the puck, to slow the game down a little bit. He kind of wants me to do it, too, but then he’s like, ‘Just give me the puck.’ He’s so crazy on the bench, it’s insane. Sometimes, if I do it and we score a goal it’s all fine. But if I do it and we don’t score, he comes to the bench, he’s like, ‘Hey, come on.’ I tell him I don’t want to just give the other team the puck, but he gets anxiety because he’s scared I’ll lose it. Then he has to backcheck.” Stutzle’s the Roastmaster General.

Campbell has 4 years left at $5M, and you're talking two picks in the late 20s if we fix their goaltending problem with Hart.

We are 3-5 years away from even sniffing playoffs, and most likely will add to that with Torts regression. Adding picks is smart.
