The penalty was hilariously bad, but I can't complain about either goal being waived off. One you couldn't tell for sure, and the other... Hudon absolutely did interfere with the goalie. So did Dumba, but that doesn't excuse Hudon's interference.

Hard to watch game. NOT impressed with first goal called off. Alzner was leaning so far forward his stick height was still below or even with the cross bar. His redirect was down.

Perhaps the league needs to use some sort of cross hairs technology to review with greater accuracy.

That call was way too subjective in my opinion. The error changed the entire game right there.

Problem is Hudon did interfere but he got his skate out a few seconds before he poked it in. Dubnyk had time to recover before that puckwas shot in

Dubnyk made the save on the shot during the first SLIGHT contact with Hudon, it's actually Dumba that makes the ''interference'' that leads to the goal though...

He was in the crease and straddled Dubnyk's pad, but I'm not sure he actually touches him. I guess he impedes his ability to move by straddling the pad but if he didn't touch him I'm not sure that is true.

It doesn't really matter cause it's 1 goal in an 82 game schedule. But all I can think of is Price being dragged out of the net and them saying it was accidental and allowing the goal. This league is wild.

but it's a 50/50 play. the advantage/right should go to the player. goals are hard to come by in the nhl. it was inconclusive on how it actually affected him, so it shouldn't be overturned. ya, he probably touched him, but he's going to the net and trying to put in his rebound.

seems like an easy goal. like i said, i don't think we're a playoff team, and I want to see the habs rebuild and move on from MB, so I don't mind the call. but, i didn't even think this could go either way. thought it was an easy good goal.

if the forward is in position, and the goalie moves into him, and stops him from making the save, it would be no goal based on this call.

it's actually pretty sad when you think about it.
