Our victory will depend on McD and Ebs. Since together, they have scored 36 points in 15 games (19 for McD, 17 for Ebs). Nice to see McDavid with someone who can think the game relatively well and can finish. If Ebs keeps this up, he just may be sticking around long-term.

According to these stats, he seems to make a lot of people better.

Gostisbehere has 12-23-35 in 44 GP and Flyers are 24-14-8 since his recall after 5-8-3 start

Certainly has Norris potential.
The guy is 22.

Schultz rookie season (also age 22): 8-19-27 in 48GP ;)

The Flyers D outside of Ghost is pretty slow and immobile. McDavid is going to have a huge game.

Nick Schultz is, and Streit's lost a step, but they're actually pretty mobile-Medvedev and MacDonald are good skaters, Ghost is incredibly fast, and Gudas isn't terrible given his game.

They're not immobile, they just mostly suck.

Ghost is a treat to watch, man. Keep an eye on him tonight. Absolutely slick. With him, Provorov, Sanheim and Morin, the Flyers are going to be in a very, very good position on the blueline for years and years.

Perhaps. Nonetheless, we have a lot of hard-earned lessons around these parts about not counting chickens before they hatch.

Too bad we couldn't have traded for Gottusbeer before the deadline.

I really do love Gostesttenburg. Traded for him in a package for Jordan Staal in a keeper league. Fantastic set of prospects picked up

Ghost bear seems to be a fantastic player, it's interesting because it seems like the better part of young puck moving defensemen are drafted somewhere in the 2-3 rounds.

Quite a lot of elite d man have been taken outside the first round.

Second round:
Subban 43rd.
Weber 49th.
Josi 38th.
Faulk 37th.

List goes on from there.

If they take him out again, I want all our big guys on the ice the next shift, and there will be pain.

it feels different now, if you step out of line you have to watch your back for Hendricks, Nurse, Kassian, Maroon, Pardy, Cracknell and soon Gryba.

Very different team than the one that played the flyers in November
