True, there are whipping boys that get a ton flack win or lose (extreme flack losing). On the other hand, if you take the aggregate of all the HF members' whipping boys most of the team would be covered (some more than others clearly).
On an unlucky night like tonight, there is a tendency to ignore all the good that has happened over the season and the promise that clearly still exists.
On the World Junior thread the whipping boy was Vesalainen (forever because you know, we should have been picking 13th overall where we would have had an infinitely better player - insert name here ______). Since he had no points in his first two games he was a bust of a pick (those first two games were better than the last two where he picked up 5 points.)
