That was a good showcase, I'm interested in every game they showed aside from South of Midnight. Those titles plus Avowed, Outer Worlds 2, and Fable are making game pass pretty compelling in 2025.
 
Interesting to read a recent interview with Spencer where he basically said Starfield would be going multi-platform. They keep talking about wanting to work more with Nintendo and how they don’t want to keep any of their games away from potential customers (i.e. no exclusives)

Starting to get Sega vibes from Microsoft tbh. At what point does exiting the hardware game and going true third party make sense if this is their strategy?

The moment Sony allows Game Pass on Playstation, which I don't see happening any time soon.

What incentive do game developers have to publish games for xbox if there is no xbox ecosystem to play them on. If Sony is the only real AAA console maker then what value would Gamepass even have?

I mean they're expanding that ecosystem constantly. But they're not getting out of the console business, they literally hyped up their next system being the "biggest technological leap". And their coming up with a handheld also down the line.
