Kadri being suspended back then hurt the leafs because we lacked depth and couldn’t adequately replace him. He was one of the rare leafs forwards with grit, two-way play, physicality and intensity on a soft unidimensional offensive-minded team. And Kadri had good intentions as he just wanted to protect his teammates and send the bruins a message. He sincerely meant well but he crossed the line. The DOPS wanted to make an example out of him and was unfairly severe by suspending him for the rest of the series.I normally support all our players but I can't help myself. Good stuff Bunting you moron, this braindead move reminds me of Kadri. Good thing you're maybe roughly half the player Kadri was so not the end of the world for the team. Good luck next season with your new team.
Compared to Kadri, The absence of bunting won’t be felt. He won’t be missed because now, we have options, we have quality players who can replace him(knies and jarnkrok). And his hit was unnecessary.
