Michael Bournival

He's got speed, he's got the shot, he's got the determination and the brains. He's a great forechecker. He's definitely got the potential to be a good agressive winger on a 2nd line.

He'll never be an offensive dynamo, but he can hit 40-50 pts i'm sure.

He's also very strong physically for his size. What a player... His character, smarts, and strength are perfectly complemented with his tremendous speed. He can get it done at both ends of the ice.

You need players like Bourni to win.

True but...
Think of what it says about your club if he's 3rd line material.
He can and will slot in top 6 if needed.
Can PK Can PP spot duty and tail end.
This is the mindset I want my management team to have when evaluating players.
This is the way to build a Championship team.

He WILL get stronger...
Send him to the westcoast to workout with Gallagher and Lucic this summer.
I'm pretty sure they can take Lucy 2 on 1...

He's by FAR the Habs best forechecker...he gets in there with a purpose and he's dogged in his pursuit of the puck.

Excellent two way player...reminds me of a cross between Daniel Paille and Pascal Dupuis. He'll be the type of player who can play on any line and chip in both ends of the ice.

He's been a revelation for me this year, I didn't expect him to become so valuable so quickly.

I'd like to see him a bit more poised with the puck and make better decisions with it...but for now, he is a very solid contributor in his role.

Very quickly. What a leap he had, goes to show that no matter your ceiling, hard work and determination will get you there. Just like Gallagher, and others. Glad we have these guys. Karacter.

Bournival is somewhere inbetween Dave Bolland territory(an elite third liner) and a second liner. We'll see how high he can go.
