Merry Christmas Bruins family!! Hope it's a safe and enjoyable festive season for you all. To anybody who's struggling at this time, best wishes and blessings to you.

Have a good day. Hold your loved ones close.
Great advice Aussie

Christmas is the time of the year to be grateful for Family, Friendship and Love

I consider all of you as my Boston Bruins friends!

..even the one or two who disagree with my opinions

We hosted yesterday afternoon. It was our Christmas Eve. Finally got my mother to come over the house with my sister and family. She’s by herself now with the passing of my dad. Had my wife’s family over today for brunch. Hope all can spend time with family. It’s been a busy year…..Merry Christmas everyone. Go B’s!!!

Merry Christmas to all the filthy animals on here, loads to be grateful for, tough year, massive mental health struggle, especially for a few months where I had to walk away from work to look after myself but amazing support from all family and friends, many here on HF

This is my 19th sober Christmas, I embrace this time of year as life got dark both figuratively and literally when I was a drunk/addict, my last Christmas I hadn`t paid power bill for over 8 months and NS Power said enough was enough and I had no power for my last Christmas in active addiction

Since then, met and married a woman who accepts me with all my warts, made amends with my late parents and have remembered every moment of the past 19 Christmases. Today, get to celebrate the holidays with my in laws who are amazing people, they accepted me like I had been part of the family for decades the moment they met me.

My father in law is an amazing man, born in an internment camp, his parents landed in Lethbridge decades ago, he`s an avid fisherman who looks only after the needs and wants of others. Mrs Odaat and I don`t have tons of money but we cobbled enough together to get him an awesome smoker.

I went to his house in August and saw the paper open to it with a circle around it, I asked if he was going to buy it, he said, nope, too expensive. We set up a payment plan with the company and boom, it`s beside his tree now. He`s normally an easily emotional guy, I suspect this one will get him in the feels, Merry Christmas my HF friends
