Sounds great. Our family tradition is homemade Ravioli. As a kid I remember, my Nona, mom and aunts used to make them in the kitchen on Christmas Day.
I've been making them for over 30 years for our family and made over 200 this year (Beef, 5 cheese and chicken/cheese).
Homemade Marinara from tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil and oregano grown at our farm that I canned this summer.
Homemade Pesto from basil and garlic from our farm. My wife makes batches of it all summer long and then freezes it without the cheese.
Meatballs.
Homemade garlic bread.
This year, I made everything in advance and canned/froze it so it's going to be a lot easier when it comes time to serve.
My mother's side of the family. My grandmother was the only girl in her immediate family, along with her brothers Americo, Dominick, and Anthony.Sounds great.
In my head I didn't have you pegged as Italian.
I made a ribeye roast tonight. Salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, butter, and medium rare. Came out perfectly.Merry Christmas!
A strip loin roast... like 4 NY strips in one. Not sure I'll do tooo much fancy with it, but:
