The issue is that the media misleads you intentionally - and also no one is actually going to read the story.I don't see the issue. The article states that the "conditional release" is basically "He's still confined to the mental health facility and remains under supervision, but he's allowed some time outside of the hospital to receive additional treatment."
Which seems fair enough if he's "demonstrated long-term stability, remained engaged in all recommended treatments and consistently followed his care."
