What do Summer Rose's bowling teammates say when it's her turn?

I mean, if we want to get all Hapsburg/Ptolemaic about it, you only need 2 of each, and even then there may be some overlap.
A bit extreme, but the reality is, just a couple of generations backward there's bound to be same people in more than one spot. There has been any amount of 200 people villages from where the people haven't really wandered too far away to marry.

Funny story that. So about 9 years ago when my wife was preparing for her stem cell/bone marrow transplant, she had to get HLA typed to find a good match for the donor. No adult bone marrow donors were found that were close enough (there are 10 factors they try to match for the transplant, with some locations....not Duke...that will do it with nine matching). We finally found two chord blood matches (one from a little boy in Aurora, Colorado and one from a little girl in France). However, with chord blood donations, the volumes are so small, they like to have a backup in case both units fail to take. So in addition to those two units, they looked to see if our teen-aged daughter was close enough. Turns out she matched 9 of 10 HLA types so she could have been an emergency donor.

Upon finding that our daughter was such a close match, my wife's oncologist asked if our family trees had any branches as a child being so close a match is VERY unusual.

The Plural of Scissors

"Scissors" has no plural form. We put "pair of" or "pairs of" in front of the word "scissors" to give it its plural form.
For example:
  • One pair of scissors
  • Two pairs of scissors
It all has to do with that pesky "s" at the end... You can't say scissorses, so you say 2 pairs of scissors.
Just like pants, it's a pair of pants... you don't have pantses but you can have 2 pairs of pants.

If only we all talked like Gollum...
