Apparently happened in 2019, no serious injuries as the bear was muzzled at the time. The Russian circus this took place at blamed the spectators with the cellphone flashes spooking the bear, while also saying it was the last tour for the 16yro bear named Yashka who wasn't feeling well at the time either.
