I hope that restaurant ends full of absolute pimps who eat free. Don't play with the Retail Gods.

I have to think that whoever wrote that is either ignorant of, or just didn't make the connection to, the existence of polyamorous couples who are legitimately being offered a free dinner for 3.

Um... news flash people... "bacteria" wasn't popularized as a word until 1870 by Louis Pasteur... (hint - Ben was long dead by that time)
Also, since bacteria is vital for the fermentation of both wine and beer, does anyone actually think Ben Franklin would be naive enough to make such an idiotic statement?

Paste a phrase with an image on the internet and all the lemmings are bound to fall for it as a quote I guess....

I mean kinda on beer, definitely on wine but Saccharomyces are a type of fungus, not bacteria. Mind you there are bacteria that can be part of beer fermentation, and end up being rather tasty at that, but outside of beers designed for that such as Gueuze, Lambic, and other "wild ales" it's typically not desired.

Most beer fermentation is done using different types of yeast, which is a bacteria.

Correction, you are right, fungus! They are classified as eukaryotic which classifies them as fungus, my bad... ;)

seeing that pic of former president franklin, inventor of electricity, makes me hope those of you on twitter are aware of "three year letterman" - yes, it isn't serious but the people that get mad sure are.
The president, Franklin Roosevelt, did not invent electricity. The discoverer of electricity Benjamen Franklin, was never president.
