Not sure where to put this but, do you think the end of the USA-Russia game will be on the big screen at the Air Canada Center during the first period of the Sweden-Finland game?

USA vs Russia for me if I had the choice. Have a feeling its going to be a real good game in terms of entertainment. Although, seeing puljujarvi would be a treat.
 
Sweden 3-2 over Finland
USA 6-5 over Russia
Slovakia 4-1 over Czech Republic
Canada 6-3 over Denmark
 
Some insanely close match ups to call but I'm going for:

Slovakia Vs Czech Republic
Finland Vs Sweden
Russia vs USA
Canada vs Denmark
 
I dont see how anyone can think russia will beat usa... They lost 4-1 to the chechzs and usa are a MUch much better team and this is from a CAnadian fan

Chechzs was the only ones who could beat the big red machine back in the days aswell when they wopped Canadian butt so hard:D

True, but they hate the Americans almost as much as the Canadians, so I think they play their hardest to win.

I think it will be a great game...and very physical.

I'm pretty sure if they win, Canada plays the winner of CZE-SVK...

Predictions:

USA-RUS will be a thriller. Russia 4-3 in a shootout.

Swedes will not disappoint this time. I think 4-1 over Finland.

Slovakia is in tough. I think it will be 3-1 for the Czechs.

I will be surprised if Canada doesn't put the boots to Denmark. I think McDavid will have a big game along with the DDR line. If the DDR line can do what they do best and keep the puck in the offensive zone while Denmark's top line is out, it could get ugly. 7-1 Canada is my prediction. 50+ shots for Canada

Usa-Russia 3-2 ot

Slovakia-Czechs 2-3 so

Sweden-Finland 4-1

Cant see the finns upset the swedes! They cant score! 5 goals in 4 games is horrible.
 
People who think USA will walk over Russia are out to lunch or something.'

It should be a battle of epic proportions. Yet, anything can happen here.
But let's say Russia 5-3

Canada Denmark 7-1

People who think Sweden walks over Finland dunno what they are talkin about. Yet they win since Finland cannot score.

Sweden 3-1

Slovaks should face defeat against their big brother in the same vain as the Finns.

Czech 5-3
