He's just such a big mfer that anytime he let's his body glide into a dude it's a noticeable hit or it's noticeable contact and he did it frequently enough his first year .

No, he wasn't. But in all fairness, he averaged over a hit/game over his career until this season, where he was under 0.2 hits/game. I don't think you can put that big of a change on just playing a puck possession style. I'd say he did change his play, at least his physical play.

With that said, he get's too much hate around here. He's still a very, very good player.
 
Plays like that are why I want to punch Nash in the face. Has a team mate open and he just tries to muscle through, falls on his ass and loses the puck and then stays down trying to get a call.
 
****ing morons leave Simmonds all alone to do whatever the **** he wants. And Girardi is a ****ing dumbass. Two brutal giveaways that have led to both goals.
