I'm expecting a lot out of St. Louis tonight.

Me too.

A little concerned, because in the St Louis threads many said he needed a 20 game break-in period to get acclimated to his new team - and then stupid AV scratches him for his 20th game! What the heck!!!

LET'S GO RANGERS!!!

Funny, I actually think this team (shockingly) plays its best against more physical teams. They seem to step up in these situations.

The are at their worst when they play teams like Edmonton.

They out scored Edmonton 5-1 this year...

Damn dude, I didnt know they made you moderator...When did that happen? And Who'd you have to pay to get the title? :sarcasm:

Anyways, I agree...The Rangers season truly begins for St. Louis tonight

Where have you been? There was a parade and everything.

Yeah i think he finds his groove now. Clean slate. :naughty:

He really started to come together in the last handful of games. I think he's a leader in the playoffs and will really get going starting tonight. Then again, I've been wrong before.

I have to be on the road from 5:00 - 10:30 before I can hit the DVR.
Radio silence. Don't text me. I don't wanna know.
Gonna be freaking behind the wheel.

Welcome to my world, everyday.

I think ive seen one game live all season. Game 1 starts for me tonight at 10:30 PM.

Luckily "Big Game" Brian Boyle is on our playoff arsenal.

Am I the only one noticing that Brian has been playing with that so called "edge" lately? There's been at least 2-3 games that he's been involved in "after game" skirmishes. He's been just a little bit "rougher" than usual, and his hits have been with a little extra "ooomph". That's what I've seen, and I am absolutely sure he'll be a very positive player here in this series. Gonna say 2 goals, one being an awesome shorthanded drive to the net.

He's playing for a contract

Dorsett will be scratched before Boyle. Boyle is a PO warrior, I want him playing! Damn, so excited for the game!!!

Honestly, Boyle is one of the LAST players I would scratch in the playoffs. He has too much utility in the face off circle and on the PK for him not to be playing. This is where role players shine. And over the last two playoffs, he's even chipped in offensively. He's been a solid playoff performer for us.

“@AGrossRecord:On this date in 1994, the Rangers opened their Stanley Cup run with a 6-0 win over the Isles in Game 1.”
