Hmm… Is that a good thing or bad thing for us? They don't have to worry about us splitting up Nash-Richards-MSL, because even all together they couldn't score.

Staal and Stral have been just as good. Or better at times.

This is our biggest advantage. Matchups don't mean anything with the way Staal and Stralman are playing.

We can roll both those pairings out and feel confident they can shutdown Crybaby or Shrek

Rangers do a great job of shutting down Pens stars, its usually their 3rd/4th liners that score on us. Thank heavens Dupuis is hurt, that guys ALWAYS scores against us.

Need a huge series from MSL and Nash, would be nice if Kreids came back by game 3 or 4. LGR!!!

Pittsburgh didn't really take off against Columbus until they put Crosby and Malkin together. They were getting shut down apart.

However it's probably hard to draw parallels between series. Together or apart it's still gonna be tough for the Rangers, and I'm sure Bylsma (if he's smart...debatable) will be trying to get one or the other out against the Rangers third pair
