It doesnt. It does mean Kazakhstan do not care about sins of player he did in different country and still not in prison. Every person in Devils organisations knows what was going on with him and with Foote and Flyers did the same with Hart - everybody played until the specific moment.

Stan Bowman is Oilers GM now. So its a business. And no one care about morality. If it was okay to continue to use this players as NHLers from business perspective - they would continue to play.

Its more interesting how Belorussian Dynamo Minsk and Barys from Kazakhstan will act when will the court decision be made.

Nah no thread needed, dude was already nontendered and isn't a Devil regardless or even an NHL player for the forseeable future. It's already been discussed in Around the League and like Guadana says the KHL doesn't care about silly things as PR or pending trials.

The only purpose of a separate McLeod thread at this point would be to have most of the board dunking on him while a few truthers cry due process and continue a needless back and forth.
