Crickets. If he was healthy that is very worrying to me.

Don't you remember game 7 last year? I think it's mental with him and he gets nervous in the biggest game when everyone watches to see if he performs. 4 nations too he was having a bad game until that shot in overtime. I thought that win would give him a taste of big moment wins. He never won in junior either and in biggest moment didn't come through. He is the greatest talent we have seen in many decades but just has his worst games at the biggest moment. He needed to get over the hump this year. A massive opportunity in game 5 to really put oilers in drivers seat. What did he do?? Powerplays in first period and did nothing with no urgency when first goal was so important. I still hope he signs her because our core is good to make a few more runs. Our defense was good and we can add more . Our forward group will be improved with aggressive moves this off season and yes maybe an upgrade in goaltending. It will be very disappointing if McDavid ditches oilers after he himself failed to perform in 2 straight stanley cup finals. 3rd times the charm. He wants to win with oilers so sign and let's get 4 more kicks of the can. Sign 4 years at 16 mill

If there is no surgery in this offseason and he comes back looking off shots all season long then I'd be 100% confident in saying that his best is behind him. The McDavid that we need to win the cup against Florida is the one that hits and can create and score with his own shot.

You do realize mcdavid is 80 percent pass guy his whole career. The only exception is that one year drai challenged him to shoot more and mcdavid did it just to prove he can score 60 if he tried. The next year back to looking off shots and passing. His whole career since his first year he always looked to pass first. We can scream shoot and to us watching he should shoot but in his mind he wants to set someone up and have everyone like him. And he is 28 and still in his prime. He just will never be that guy with a killer instinct

I think only 40 is once, the rest in 30's. For a guy who creates so much and so many chances he should be getting at least 40 every year along with his assists. I think this year will be a good year for him

Yea twice scored 41 and once 44. The rest in thirties. Except for that 64 that one year and 26 last year
