One stepped in straight from highschool and didn't retire prematurely and then come back. McDavid is on another level from Crosby, the same can't be said of Lebron over Jordan.

One thing no one did other Lebron is he won championships with 3 different organizations.

What people don't realize is if you took Jordan out of the Bulls dynasty team and replace him with Lebron, they would still win 6 championships or more because Lebron isn't stupid to take a year off due gambling issues.

Speaking of Lebron, I love how McDavid had all the HYPE in the world since he was like 12 and, like Lebron, he's totally met/exceeded that hype. Incredible.

I think this gets lost in reviewing these kind of players' legacies. It's amazing to meet or exceed that crazy level of hype.
