Yeah. Players also talk much about the respect between the players and how it should improve. Abdekalder saw that Sobotka had no idea he was coming and nevertheless he decided to throw the hit straight to Sobotka's head. If he had done that in the NHL i'm pretty sure he would have a broken nose right now.
