I like Slovakia but com'on! We need to reach elimination stage more than you do...
A 1/4 would be a nice showcase for hockey in our country! :)

I absolutely agree.

Also, it would really help our IIHF rankings. :naughty: Top 9 goes to Korea.

Denmark is the better team on paper, but that hasn't helped much in the past...

France have been playing some good team hockey with some great coaching. They have tenacity and that will give them the W. That and their Goalie is much, MUCH better. And that matters a lot.

Namejs, you just stick to your own group

This(And the Slovakia game) is the game Denmark came to the tournament in the hope of playing. Win and you're in the top 4. Snooze you lose. It hasn't been beautiful and I know a lot of Danes - especially on this board - don't like this team. But the game starts at 0-0 and I haven't lost hope that they'll show the haters :)

That said. There's a reason the French are the favorites. They'll need to play their best. And if that's enough to squeeze out a point and kill the relegation ghost then that's okay to :)

Discipline, speed and loosing the puck the "right" places will be key IMO. The thought of Bellemare and Rousell vs. Oliver Lauridsen scares the **** out of me. Go boys go!

4-3 France OT...

Well, as things stands, you are the ones who have everything in their hands, so...

Yep... exactly the moment when the train goes off rails usually.
We are the perfect definition of the underdog...beyond that it's more difficult for us (see vs Italy).

I will miss the game, hope for a good one and obviously a W :naughty:

Allez les bleus !
Let's go France :D

Alles les rouges!!

The time has come for us to stand up and fight as men....a quarterfinal is within reach for the first time in a few years. It will be legen.....wait for it.........dary...

Either Julian Jakobsen or Jesper Jensen are out for Denmark. Anders H. Poulsen takes the center spot between Staal and Morten Poulsen. I suspect it's Julian Jakobsen taking a seat.

Markus Lauridsen's listed as 7th D. Bruggisser will roll with Jesper B. Jensen.
