He looks slow and clumsy as hell...

Not a russian, but bear in mind this is the big ice, so optically the hockey seems slower than on the small ice. Also, on the big ice, more importance is given to "hockey IQ" than to speed. So it's really Mozyakin's stick handling, passing and scoring capability, not his speed.

My thoughts exactly. I know he was a great player and all but it just feels like the IQ in an area of a few meter around him drops whenever he opens his mouth.

His generation of older former players and their off ice attitudes actually have me a bit worried about that whole Lintner and co. thing...

Btw, does anyone have video/gif of Bartovič going for a change when Russians were attacking on the PP?
