Yeah, I don't get this either. If there's more of you than just try to outchant the fans of the other team instead of whistling all the time.

Also, they can whistle all they want if Igor Nemecek or someone like him dares to stept on the ice.

The Slovakians also have some nifty stickhandling skills, good stuff. You guys have a good team, your record right now probably doesn't reflect your potential.

I was quite impressed with how Slovakia played. They seemed sharper than the Russian team at the end of the 3rd. Panarin gave Russia that win, that guy has amazing skills. The 1st period wasn't that bad for Russia despite that weird 1st goal. Overall, respect to Slovakia for a very well played game. Russia needs to sharpen up, they can't just sit back in the 3rd period like that. The game was also quite chaotic - lots of back and forth counter-attacks on both ends.

They simply were very tired in the end of second and third. They need to score on all those chances. And Bob is not really good in this WC.

Yeah, they had a lot of chances but the puck just wasn't going in the net. The Slovakian goalie was quite sharp today too, robbed Malkin. Some Russian fans were wondering if the Russians are missing the net on purpose, hehe.

The Slovakians are a good team, and like many similar teams, play against Russia with a lot of fervor and nothing to lose. Its always a bigger game for teams like Slovakia than it is for Russia. Russia doesn't seem to match the passion of their opponents in such games.

I guess, our team always goes all out when they play Canada though. Who knows, maybe they'll meet this year too, but we must still see about the quarters and the semis.

Znarok should not take Malkin in team Giving passes without looking at where he is giving and failing. Is it hard to play more carefully? I understand there can be crisis in career but not that bad? Where is the character and anger at yourself for so much fails? But looks like he doesnt care. Then why came to nathional team?

And Slovakia played cool, could have won.
