At least Kojo didn't explain anything.
I hoped he would have explained why he didn't do anything when Finland was losing.

Well, the Finnish defense is clearly a big problem
Aside from goaltending, defense and goalscoring, I think we looked quite sharp today.
Who didn't see thatIt's brutal, it lacks everything.
So is my dream final Canada v the U.S. still possible?
Team USA doing their part. Good stuff.
Lindell, Ohtamaa played good games. Jaakola pretty ok.
Hietanen supposed to offensive defenseman is getting better joke every year. Mäntylä chosen over 193cm 100kg NHL defense man who's actually better in defensive way than our best DD and better to offensive way than our best OD.. wow.. that is so special pick it has to be talked all the time. I mean it screams attention.
Playing with Jim Vesey and Trevor Lewis......Barf....
If the US were to get that far I would want that filthy Canada forward lineup to be long gone actuallyI wanna see how Canada's defense and goaltending will look against a good team.
I'm hoping Hockey Canada breaks with tradition and actually flies in a hefty d-man later, when/if one becomes available. If HC would do that, I'd feel ok in any 1 game scenario with any team at this tournament.
I think I read that all participants can keep registering players all they way up to the end of the preliminary round.
The US has a forward spot still open.
correct. but unless it's injury replacement, Hockey Canada never adds late. I'd like to see them add this time if it makes the team better for a medal run. If there's a spot available and the player is available and willing, then giddy up!
Overall a weak performance by Finland. They didn't know how to respond after USA went up 2-1. We looked slow and our d-men made too many mistakes. Rinne was also sloppy throughout the game and should have caught at least two of those shots, maybe three. Way too many giveaways at the neutral zone too, which resulted in 2on1 attacks against us. Shot quality was weak too, and they passed the puck way too much when they had a chance to shoot.
Barkov was our best player. There wasn't a lot of chemistry going on for the lines, which is a bit worrying.
Hendricks!![]()
Rinne crapped the bed, it's as simple as that.
He got outplayed by Connor Hellbike, some college kid.
That's embarrassing for a vezina nominee.
There's really no excuses, for once the ref's even favored the Finns tonight.
Damn, this one was a beauty.
