the goal given up with no screen on the krug shot by Freddie was pretty bad

that said, babcock should not have put Marleau-marner in the d-zone for a 4 on 4; when he had Plekanec on the bench that was stupid

babcock coaches not to lose, if he coached to win - leafs would have moved on to the 2nd ronud

Is Babcock part of the Marlies? No. So lets not turn this thread into "Babcock is terrible because he doesnt do things I want him to do".

Nice win for the boys after that long break, we looked a little rusty in patches but were well worth the result

Nice to see Aaltonen and Brooks scoring as well, hopefully they continue to improve and help the big team in the future

I mean I agree both will be full-time leafs next season, but not at all true right now. They were basically with the marlies for more than half the season whereas kappy was up with the leafs

Great game! Think the Marlies have the edge with their talent, will be up to Sparks to be as good as Lyon and we should prevail.

no Hunter isn't just an amateur scout , he is the director of scouting for the Leafs which means he is responsible for both pro and amateur scouting

There are at least two tournaments more important for Hunter to be scouting than the Marlies playoffs, WC and the Memorial Cup.
