Yeah, we won't know the true worth of that deal until we see what becomes of Dean Letourneau. It is working out well for the Bruins so far. Korpi has been a good backup at a fair price with the salary retention, and Kastelic is a win.
Yes ,I agree that this trade can't be fully judged yet.I have had some say good things and another poster bad things about Dean.I don't get to see him play so I ask those that see him live.
 
great to have arguably our most consistently hardest working player on board for another 3 years
 

Hi, Dom. Thanks for taking the time to explain. Still seems goofy for people to say the guy signed a contract ending in a dollar. Would make more sense to say he signed a $4.7M deal, and leave the rounding alone. They could then do whatever they like with the .33 cents on the per annum figure. Again, I appreciate your time and the explanation.

Don't forget when the Bruins announced the deal as $1.567 million per year.
