Skate fast, shoot good, I am score ))))
Any chance Guerin thought Kunin was bound to Seattle and decided to make the most of it while he still could? Sure love the pick in any case!
I just posted as much in the trade thread. I think it's clear they're not liking the Dumba trade options at this point and plan on keeping him through the ED and going with 4+4 protection.Any chance Guerin thought Kunin was bound to Seattle and decided to make the most of it while he still could? Speed and shooting ability can make up for IQ.. .. does the kid have these?
Speed he has in plenty, as to shooting, it doesn't look impressive overall. And I'd say, he skates faster, than he thinks.
???? Nothing makes up for a lack of hockey IQ.Speed and shooting ability can make up for IQ.. .. does the kid have these?
sounded like from his post draft interview he is excited to come over to NA.Wish he didn't play for SKA. They have the money to entice him into an extension similar to Kaprizov.
The expansion draft had nothing to do with Kunin being traded.Any chance Guerin thought Kunin was bound to Seattle and decided to make the most of it while he still could? Sure love the pick in any case!
IMO, better prospect. Is he a better prospect than Khovanov? About the same?

Thanks for sharing that. Doesn't sound like a kid with bad hockey IQ to me.IMO, better prospect.
Why are you so sure ? Don’t you think Guerin decided to keep Dumba, go 4+4 and give out the best possible target for the best return? The expansion draft had nothing to do with Kunin being traded.
No GM is taking Kunin ahead of Greenway. Why are you so sure ? Don’t you think Guerin decided to keep Dumba, go 4+4 and give out the best possible target for the best return?

Very Good pick
...when it came to offensive transitions, controlling the puck, he maintained control of the puck 77% of the time. And there are only two players I've tracked...who are above that number. One is Brett Berard...and Marco Rossi, a player who probably should be going in the top 5 this year...
