The guy that tweeted it has been pretty reliable in the past with leaking things like this so I would imagine our third jersey for this year will at least be in this style which is great news.

Don't hate it. When did the TML patch start though. Early 2000s. If so put it on for good luck. Last time past the 1st round.

I love those early 00s jerseys, I couldnt afford one back then but I just found a Sundin one from that era.

If it is included on that jersey, I would hope they drop the shiny silver trim... if they tone it down it might work... maybe... sorta.

I find the extra white border on the asymmetrical logo also gives the jersey a nice look. The blue shoulders are good cause otherwise the whites are too white. The double waist stripe is a classic and looks more correct than the single thick one they have now.

Yes! The asymmetrical (excellent word) leaf is so much better than the more stylized one.

Wish we went with the white base/blue shoulders but these are fine. Nothing to complain about, could be worn as primaries. I wanted another Matthews jersey so will probably grab one.

Agreed, white shoulders look weird. Much better than the last retro though.

The TML patch back in the day wasn't the worst thing; it's that it was completely unnecessary. What really bothered me about it was the inclusion of silver on the Leafs jersey that was always blue and white.

It's right up there in idiocy as it was the Blue Jays deciding that black was a good colour for them. Like...why?!

Glad they didnt stick with the Detroit Lions blue/grey bullshit from last year but could've gone without the dark video and see what they look like under better lighting.

It is a nice design but something feels off. I think for one I don't prefer that version of the logo. I'd prefer the '67 version (unless I'm wrong, but I believe that is an older version of the logo).

Also, something is off with the shoulders. I think they need to be wider and more pronounced if anything.

Jersey is fine and they always look better with full gear on ice. But something just feels slightly awkward about it. I'll probably still buy it though.

I know it’s merchandise but they should model it with a player in full uniform than doing the streetwear angle. If the full kit looks good people will want to buy it. You don’t need it over a hoodie.
