For what reason? Looking at the replay he put the puck along the boards in the air and the Canes player knocked it down to keep it in the zone. Not sure why anyone would blame Liljegren for that.

This is why we lose every year in the playoffs. Want to keep the same guys who didn't really make impacts when games actually mattered. Now you try and act like Acciari alone hasn't made an impact on this team and brings value to this team? Acciari has made the 4th line legit and he locks down the slot better than most. He's also a right handed C who can actually win faceoffs because we've been using wingers for how long now to take draws because Matthews and Tavares don't kill penalties. Now we have Acciari, Kampf and Lafferty to do so. Lafferty just provides what Kerfoot does but at near league minimum.

Tavares is often not that reliable or effective unless he’s set up to play ball hockey in the slot area or win faceoffs.

Lafferty was getting a lot of pre trade deadline hype. I’m not seeing it. He’s fast but not even as effective as Mikheyev was… or even Engvall softly holding the puck and not doing anything.
