Whether Burke is nice or not he certainly doesn't tolerate diversity of thought when he calls players who don't wear the jersey a DISSENTER as if players aren't allowed the freedom to choose and are doing something grossly wrong by simply not wearing a damn jersey. And of course when he mentioned religion as a cop out he doesn't mention Islam though. Gee can't imagine why?

I consider myself a person of fairly deep faith. I wouldn't have a problem wearing a jersey.

That said, people make ther own decisions. I'm not sure why they even addressed it when only a handful of people ddn't wear it. It's difficult to get 50%+1 agreement on ANY issue and the NHL have 99%+ so why focus on if? The did themselves a disservice.
