Dunno i think vandalizing en encyclopedia to make a joke is very very very very childish and immature personally. Our fanbase looked very bad the last 4-5 years. Dunno what happened but we used to be better than that. Respect the opponent. That's the only universal truth in sports imo.
The screenshot photo-shop, it is not real, just a joke.
Good one!

Do we even have an NHL-caliber checking/defensive line?

We don't really. MSL is going to roll lines and not sure he plays the match-up game during our rebuild years. Basically, we are the Sens but a few years behind them.

I do think we will score more this year but our team D will be bottom 5 which will be difficult to win games. At least, we get a good entertainment package while they mature and develop.

One area to watch is what kind of confidence or momentum we gain as the season gets deeper. That is the key here

Interesting to see Anderson on the Suzuki/Caufield line. I think they need him if they are going to face other teams top lines. I do think this brings out the best out of Anderson.

If Armia comes back, I'd try him in Anderson's spot and put Anderson back with Dach. Rather Armia in the line-up over Hoffman and Daddy

Both Anderson and Armia fade away when they play bottom 6. But there are fair examples of them producing and looking good in the eye test when they play with talent.

I doubt guys like Hoffman, Dadonov, Drouin will return much at the TDL. Wingers are a dime a dozen in the supply/demand area.

We don't have enough qualified penalty killers up front

Our D has a big hole with Eddy injured. The guy don't put up much offense but he's a steady rock to lean on in terms of playing D.

Matheson and Savard are our only two experienced guys and Matheson is not really a shutdown type.

Even if we had a checking line, it won't matter. The D has issues with experience

I think they overlooked it or they are going to experiment with a few players, heck, some of our forwards might end up playing defense because that is a complete gong show lol.
Yeah I guess an 8 game preseason wasn't enough time to figure this out.
Too many one dimensional players

Aim for Bedard and maybe we’ll get Fantilli
Fantilli with 4 points in his first two NCAA games. He is going to be a star

Suzuki, Dach, Dvorak, Monahan, Dadonov, Pitlick, Evans, Pezz + Armia once he's back.

That's the list of forwards on the starting rosters that MSL used on the PK in pre-season. The centers will play a lot this year...

I have to admit if you're worried about whether or not our lines are cohesive enough on opening night or if you're concerned that we don't have enough dedicated PK forwards I think your focus might be in the wrong place for how this season is going to play out.

What should be the focus? Another 60 loss season?
I know the end game is that the Habs will more than likely be a bottom 5 team but I have never watched a Habs game wanting them to lose.

Should we stop posting obvious flaws or just focus on sucking?
