Meh, view it this way. If the sens make the playoffs, they will get out in the first round, first round means a 15-18 or something pick. They don't get a star prospect they could use, and they stay an average team.

lupul was pretty great from 10-14. Injuries have made him much worse. If levio can be like lupes(healthy) in 13-14 he will be a great player. Doubt he ends up like lupes was from 11-13

Yup they would get destroyed by the caps. Have to say, i do feel bad for karlsonn. He is the best dmen imo or atleast in the discussion, doubt he ever wins a cup with the sens. Hope he goes somewhere he can actually win. Who knows maybe stammer and tavares can get him to sign when he's a f/a

Leivo is the first player of this rebuild from the marlies, only Reilly is younger than him on the leafs also.

I think Holland was some decent skills, I think his problem is decision making.

I don't think that will ever change, but he can probably have a 3rd.-4th. line career.

I don't what it is, he was playing with a lot of confidence earlier, and now he seems almost spooked - afraid to do anything with the puck, and no energy. Probably Lupul's fault. I don't know how, but it is.

While I recognize that Karlsson is by far the best offensive defensman of this time I'm just not a fan. He's IMO terrible defensively. I live in the Ottawa area and have watched at least 50% of his career games, more than 50 live, he does what he wants , often its spectacular but often he's awful. I'd love to have him for sure but at a 10 mil type contract, nope.
