Having standards changes things but I wouldn't be too mad, they've done a lot of good this game and some puck luck going against them.

Found myself borderline angry that period. Took a breath. This team has won 13 in a row. No matter what happens, this has been f***ing awesome.

Better 2nd but need to get some higher quality chances in the 3rd. Leafs have done well keeping the Devils to the outside mostly.

I hope to progress beyond anger soon. Youre a better man than me, I'll get there i guess.

This goal at 3:00 against Toronto is one of my favorites of the past few years. Just nice tic-tac-toe. This game also had that 3on5 SHG I think. Overall very enjoyable win in that Hall MVP year.

The expectations are higher now. I too find myself unreasonably frustrated with this game.

Whereas in prior seasons I would have written it off with an "ah well, that's the way it goes".

2nd one was a 50/50 judgement call that didn't go our way.

I don’t even understand the ruling for the second one. If no penalty is called, what’s the justification for calling it no goal? They didn’t call interference, he’s out of the crease, why no goal? Maybe it should’ve been called goalie interference, but they didn’t make that call.

Really not bad. We're playing fine. Two rare turnovers lead to goals, two questionnable disallowed goals, 2 posts. But overall, we're dominating possession and wee had the 2nd. No puck luck whatsoever.

There's no justification, and there will be none given. The league does not deign to explain itself to the peasants.

I still don't think this is malfeasance btw. Just incompetence. But that's just as bad, and it has the same result for us.

The first was a correct call but probably had no effect on the play, which sucks. The 2nd goal was BS because it can only be interference if it was intentional and then it should have been a penalty.

But then it isn't incidental and a penalty should have been called.

When he is out of the crease it's either a penalty or play on.
