Speculation: LW targets

I think the focus will be on forwards and if its anything that is going to bring this team crashing down to reality its average goaltending.

The person they chose to play in tandem is the most critical offseason decision and for me I would want a proven veteran that I know can play 60 games if needed as legit #1 starter even if they split the games 50/50.. If they go cheap at the MOST critical position goaltending that impacts wins and losses then we could be in for a long year.

I completely agree that the goaltending add is the key.

simple prescription to follow, easier on the nerves

I kinda wish LeaFlanders would embrace this philosophy, it's the same off season every off season for them, all is lost, I hate the management, fire the coach and the old fave, "I'm not going to watch them anymore!" It's certainly entertaining but does eventually grate on your nerves.

The Zamboni driver and if he doesn't bite, sign the glass panel replacement guy or the guy at the popcorn stand. Why go big when half your team is Marlies caliber? I like the idea of Kerfoot on the wing instead of centre though.

Includes some of the depth guys we got but not including Robertson.

Absolutely shocking

That opens up 3 spots at league min so 2.25 and as I said doesn't include Robertson

So we have 1.5 added at most if we want to go with 21/2

So like 2.4 mil for a 1 LW is what we're looking at I guess

That is only if all the signings end up on the roster, which they won't. Also likely we move out a guy or two.
 
Sign Tatar. He's very good. Call it a day after that.

That opens up 2.5 total I guess because I'm assuming we're not going to stick Robertson in the AHL

Gonna be hard to trade the guys that we need to unless we dump assets

Can't see engvall being a big hit on the market
